MexHIC Registration includes: Conference sessions, networking coffee breaks, and one lunch function. A closing reception for delegates will be hosted separately with no additional charge. Attendees will receive the participant roster. All travel and lodging plans and costs are the sole responsibility of the delegate and not covered by the registration fee. Registrations are only taken online, via fax, and via mail. Registrations cannot be taken over the phone. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the delegate upon receipt of registration information. Delegates are required to wear their name badges to gain access to conference sessions and functions. Spouses and guests are welcome only if fully registered for the conference. MexHIC reserves the right to qualify all registrants and allow or prohibit anyone from attending this event. Conference topics, speakers, agenda, networking, and other events are subject to change without notice.
